Request for return raised after 7 days from delivery. Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
The customer is requested to keep the original tags of the product intact if they wish to return the product. Products without original tags will not be eligible for return.Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
You can raise a request for return on our Mobile Application or through our website.
You can also raise a request for return by sending an email to enquiry@krishpre.com Kindly mention your order number, product details, and the reason for return.
Upon approval, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions for self-shipping.
Inspection and Approval
Once the returned product is received, it will undergo a quality inspection.
Refund approval is subject to the product meeting the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of pick-up of the product.
The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
Reverse pickup charges, if applicable, may be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our fault (damaged or incorrect product).
Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
This policy shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
